Could not agree with you anymore. The game only has a few pre teens left moderating it. They don't give two shits if the place burns to the ground, they just want to be staff for attention. Servers need to be ran by administrators who actually progress, add on, experiment, watch over.
I would not say they don't care about their contributors. Sure I respect all view points of this topic and respect your comments entirely but I believe they are trying. Im sure she cares since she put so much work into the site. Maybe they just are taking it slow. Patience is key. Time is everything 
I actually contacted Sophy a question if she is willing to sell to a person who has more time to spend on getting this game up. (Possibly thinking about purchasing rights since I to see how big of a community this is.) Ive been wanting to invest in a small business or group and IW is one ive had an eye on. No promises.
I guess we have to wait it out.
